I'm a student and me and my classmates had created a group for us. It's very easy there to arrange something or ask for help with a problem or just post there some homework paper - almost everybody is there, so you can get your answer or help really fast. Another positive is that you can share a photos from a party with your friends (and you can set that only the ones who where there can see them) - don't need to mail them (it's just really exhausting)...

nowadays, most of the events are announcened by FB, so without it, I couldn;t participate tham. The 2nd positiv is, that if you dont want to show your privacy, you can do that - like me :) nothing on the wall, just special group of people can see some fotos atc....

I think that one of the biggest negative is privacy - yes they did this thing with security, but still facebook (and social networks in generally) just stoles your privacy. You are becoming really addicted to it and just can't help sharing every stupid thing of your life - even if people sometimes don't want to know. Some people are smart to set all the security to protect themselves, but teenage kids sometimes don't realize, that they can't post some information about them on the internet - it's dangerous. Another negative I think is that everything is now just so online - people don't hang out so often than before. And contact with actual person is in my opinion really important.
If you can't set your privacy settings right, you're trapped. But there's nothing to complain about then.

Well, I find plenty of things, which are offered there, useless - like writing there everything from your private life. I also don't like the fact, that everyone can see what you do and your comments, even if they are not aimed to him. And also the possibility of putting in photos and information of people, who are not on FB and have thus no opportunity to do anything about it. For instance, I have found a conversation under a foto of my 8-year-old cousin about her eyes and hair and then one of the teenagers even wrote her adress beneath it! I was really shocked.
Yes, especially a privacy is a big problem here, I think. I mean, of course you can ,,edit your privacy settings,, but every single information or photo you post, still can be found by some people.

Facebook chat! The current one really drives me crazy! :-)
For me it has in this moment pretty much everything what I need. I can't really come up with any idea. Maybe just - don't change the profiles all the time Mark, for example me I don't really care if it's timeline or the older one :D.

GUI should be set by a user. The problem is that Facebook uses the same interface for everyone but everybody has different ideas.

I don't know, it's the people who are on FB, who are sometimes messing it up. Maybe more privacy and the opportunity to chose which comments are only for the receiver and which are for everyone (I mean all friends). After all, it still depends on you, how much time you spend there and how much infortmation you share.

Poznámky:
1) Globální procenta se počítají s ohledem na celkový počet respondentů, lokální četnost bere potaz pouze respondenty, kteří danou otázku zodpověděli.
2) U otázek typu "seznam - alespoň jedna" si mohli respondenti zvolit více odpovědí, proto součet procent u jednotlivých odpovědí nemusí dát dohromady 100 %
3) Na povinnou otázku musí respondent zodpovědět pouze v případě, kdy mu je zobrazena. Dotazník může obsahovat skoky mezi otázkami, takže lze na základě určitých odpovědí některé otázky přeskakovat.
